How to: Format organization chart boxes.
Solution:
While editing the organization chart, select the desired box or boxes, and use the necessary commands under the 'Boxes' menu.
1) Select (single-click) the desired organization chart. (Handles appear around the border.)

2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'MS Org Chart Object'. (A submenu appears.)

3) Select 'Edit' from the submenu. (The organization chart window appears with the toolbar tools and menu commands active.)
4) Do one of the following to select the chart boxes to format:
a) To select a single chart box, single-click the desired chart box. (The box is highlighted.)
b) To select an entire level or levels:
1] Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Select Levels...' from inside the chart window. (The Select Levels dialog box appears.)
2] Type the number of chart levels in the 'Select all boxes at levels' box.
3] Click 'OK'. (The boxes for the selected levels are highlighted.)
5) Select 'Box Border ' from the 'Boxes' menu inside the chart window. (The Box Border submenu appears.)
6) Select the desired box border type from the 'Box Border' submenu. (The border is applied to the selected boxes.)

7) Select the 'Boxes' menu and select 'Box Shadow' from inside the chart window. (The Box Shadow submenu appears.)
8) Select the desired box shadow type from the 'Box Shadow' submenu. (The shadow is applied to the selected boxes.)

9) Select 'Box Color' from the 'Boxes' menu inside the chart window. (The Box Color submenu appears.)
10) Select the desired box color from the 'Box Color' submenu. (The color is applied to the selected boxes.)

11) Close the organization chart edit window by selecting 'Close' from the 'File' menu inside the chart window. (A message appears asking whether to update changes.)
12) Click 'Yes'.
